How does Idris work?

Idris uses in-ground loop based technology to generate vehicle information eg: speed, length and class.

Idris software, in conjunction with its patented axle loops, is capable of the highest accuracies for vehicle classification required in todays world.

The loops are continuously monitored and as vehicles pass over the loop site, the system extracts the relevant information which is then processed, eg: number of axles, vehicle type, speed and direction whether the vehicle is in congestion or free flowing traffic.
