E-470 have just placed an order with Diamond Consulting Services to implement Idris into all of their non-Idris lanes. This completes E-470s transition to a complete Idris AVC Technology. These new manual lanes will be the first to have the new Idris enabled detectors on board manufactured by Northstar Controls. Northstar Controls is one of three companies now manufacturing Idris enabled detectors.
