E-470 - a cashless alternative

E-470 Public Highway Authority operate a 47-mile toll highway around the eastern perimeter of the Denver metropolitan area.
On January 1st 2009, a new toll payment option will be available on E-470 – License Plate Toll. It will allow customers to pay their toll without stopping. A photograph will be taken of the license plate each time the License Plate Toll customer passes through a toll collection point, and a bill will be sent one month later. On July 4th 2009, cash will no longer be accepted on E-470 and customers will pay their toll by ExpressToll or License Plate Toll.
