DCS Fly the Flag for British Technology

New York and new technology was the order of the day at the recent ITS World Congress Event. The main hall housed an array of the most cutting edge traffic technology and innovations our industry has to offer from around the world.  A number of our ITP's exhibiting, including ACS State & Local Solutions, Peek Traffic Corporation, American Traffic Solutions, Peek Traffic Corporation, American Traffic Solutions & Traffic Technologies Inc.

During the meeting, leading industry figures gave talks on an array of transport issues, including DCS Business Development Manager, Mike Payne. The paper was based on the M42 trials in the UK and an Idris Detection System.  The presentation looked at some of the results and findings of these trials and how the Idris system can help overcome some of the limitations of existing camera based solutions.
